DESCRIPTION
  1. A toolbox for First Responder mind-body wellness & resilience, tailored specifically for First Responders by First Responders
  2. Over 700 instructional and follow-along videos on breathwork, energetic functional movement, passive deep tissue stretching, relaxation techniques, positive affirmations, mindfulness and meditation, specific to First Responders to calm the stress response, increase awareness and build resilience.
  3. Live-streamed classes in FRY The Method, developed pairing studies on First Responder mental and physical injuries with solutions in breathwork, energetic functional movement, passive deep tissue stretching, relaxation techniques, positive affirmations, mindfulness and meditation.
  4. Library of previously streamed classes.
  5. Over 80 First-Responder-Identified challenges and suggested tools to overcome (for example, insomnia, inability to let go, back strain etc)
  6. The digitization of the Canadian self-help book “F.R.Y. First Responders’ Yoga. The BOOK” available on Amazon HERE
  7. Studies supporting the elements of FRY the Method can be reviewed HERE, such as:
  • Breathwork can calm the nervous system or energize during an overnight shift;
  • Most lower back injuries in First Responders are due to overtraining and overly tight muscles; and
  • Meditation builds resilience to better handle difficult situations, professional and personal, when they arise.
